I wear the cotton briefs that are full backs and they are fully comfy on my waist. But I’ve noticed lots of girls my age and in high school don’t wear them. They call them granny panties but plenty of women that are in their 20s, 30s, & 40s wear them. Girls 12 and under wear them too. To me, Granny panties are those big beige undies that are so high waist, they cover your navel too. My Mom’s mother wears them. My girlfriends love my panties however so I am rarely ever insulted by wearing them.
I’m a guy, and the type of underwear you describe does not bother me at all. I’m unusual among guys for thinking this way, but I don’t get worked up on a girls type of underwear, as long as its clean. You wear whatever you feel comfortable in. And I agree, granny panties is a stupd name. People that make fun of other peoples underwear need to seriously get a life. It’s ridiculous. 20, 30 years from now, what are people going to start criticizing? the color of toilet paper you use? the length of your shoelaces?
